2014 Fogging Schedule

Untuk makluman Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian berikut adalah Jadual penyemburan racun serangga bagi tahun 2014. Selain dari itu Kerajaan Negeri Selangor dengan kerjasama Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya dan juga Kementerian Kesihatan telah menyediakan racun jentik jentik untuk kegunaan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian. Tuan / Puan / Cik sekali hanya perlu ke pejabat pengurusan bersama bekas yang bersesuaian untuk mendapatkan agihan. Berdasarkan pengalaman serta pemeriksaan yang dijalankan ke atas premis kebanyakkan kes kes pembiakkan jentik jentik adalah dari dalam unit kediaman khususnya perangkap air di dalam saliran paip aliran keluar yang terdapat di balkoni dapur dan juga balkoni utama. Pemeriksaan serta permbersihan dari masa ke semasa ke atas perangkap air tersebut serta sekitar unit kediaman dapat menghalang pembiakkan jentik jentik tersebut. Terima kasih. 

For your information 2014 fogging schedule is as illustrated below. On other note the Selangor State Government along with Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya and Ministry of Health have provided you, the residents, with pesticides. You can drop by the management office with suitable container to claim your share. Base on our experiences and past inspections, most cases of mosquito larvae "breeding", if not all, originate from residential units specifically the water trap located within the drainage pipe situated on the kitchen balcony as well as the hall balcony. Regular inspection and cleaning of both water traps as well as other potential breeding ground could and would hinder such process from occurring. Thank you.

Saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih diatas segala maklumat yang telah Tuan / Puan / Cik berikan dan juga dengan kerjasama pasukan pembersihan serta kawalan keselamatan sehingga dapat mengenal pasti pesalah pesalah laku yang membuang sampah sewenang-wenangnya dan juga di tempat yang tidak sepatutunya. Tindakan yang sewajarnya telah dikenakan ke atas unit unit yang terlibat. Saya juga alu-alukan sebarang maklumat berkenaan isu ini secara berterusan sehingga masalah ini dapat diatasi dari masa ke semasa. Terima kasih.  

I would like to say thank you to those who have relayed vital information, along with the corporation of the cleaners and security officers, that eventually lead us to identify the culprits who have been disposing of their rubbish and trash nonchalantly and without regards to the community's well being and safety. I would like to add that actions have been taken against the offenders. Any continued information regarding this issue would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

""Betel nut is chewed regularly by at least 10% of the world population, imported by immigrant users wherever they settle, and is the fourth most widely used addictive substance. It is thought, by users, to soothe the digestion and to be a stimulant and its use has a major role in social situations. Specific arecal alkaloids act as competitive inhibitors of GABA receptors and have widespread effects in the body, including actions on the brain, cardiovascular system, lungs, gut and pancreas. Nitrosated derivatives of arecal alkaloids, proven carcinogens inducing tumors throughout the upper gut and foregut derivatives in animals, are also associated with increased tumor risks in man. Increased central obesity is found in association with betel usage in man as well as increases in circulating markers of inflammatory and cardiovascular damage. The effects of chronic betel usage in man are at least as diverse as those of smoking and the habit increases the risks of ill health. Betel nut contains three major alkaloids: arecoline, pilocarpine, and muscarine."

Saya ingin berkongsi maklum balas yang telah saya terima dari En. Mani berkenaan aduan Ck. Nor. 

I would like to share this feedback which i have received from Mr. Mani regarding Ms. Nor's complaints. 

"Yes we carry out monthly or bi monthly washing of the car park, all levels, and i have specifically informed my cleaners to be careful and mindful of all vehicles while carrying out the process. I have also informed my staff to cleanse any cars affected by the cleaning process. For us to wait till vehicles are clear on levels due for cleaning would be impractical. I am aware of what had happened and i can assure that it will not happen again. I am always on site during working hours supervising all cleaning tasks and process. But I do admit i might have missed some cases. For this i would like to sincerely apologize and again assure that i will do my best to not let it happen again. As always i welcome any feedback that would help us step up our services to the community."

Saya ingin memaklumkan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian bahawa pemotongan bekalan air dan juga penggantungan kebenaran kad akses akan dilaksanakan bermula 3 Februari 2014 untuk unit kediaman yang mempunyai tunggakkan melebihi RM 398.70. Mohon jasa baik Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian untuk menjelaskan segala tunggakkan supaya kesulitan dapat dielakkan. Waktu pejabat adalah dari jam 9 pagi hingga 5 petang Isnin hingga Jumaat dan 9 pagi hingga 1 petang pada hari Sabtu. Terima kasih diatas masa dan juga perhatian Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian.
