Saya ingin berkongsi maklumat berikut dengan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian. Berikut adalah tahap bekalan air di dalam tangki tangki air bumbung dan juga aras bawah pada 6 petang 27 Mac 2014

I would like to share these information with you. These are roof top and ground floor water tank's water level reading as of 6 pm on the 27th of March 2014.

Ground Floor water tank : 0.9 meters

Unit 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 water tank : 1.2 meters

Unit 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 water tank : 1.0 meters

Unit 13, 15, 17, 19, 21 and 23 water tank : 1.5 meters.

Mengikut jadual bekalan air domestik akan dibuka semula pada pukul 4 petang 28 Mac 2014. Saya berharap Tuan / Puan / Cik sekali dapat menggunakan bekalan air yang sedia ada dengan berhemah agar sebarang kesulitan dapat dielakkan. Saya akan memaklumkan maklumat terikini dari masa ke semasa. Terima kasih. wslm.

According to the water ration schedule the domestic water supply will be switch back on at 4 pm 28th Of March 2014. I hope that all of us could use the remaining water supply wisely and conservatively to avoid any inconveniences. I will keep everyone inform of current info from time to time. Thank you.

Ground Floor water tank : 1.4 meters

Unit 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 water tank : 1.7 meters

Unit 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 water tank : 2.0 meters

Unit 13, 15, 17, 19, 21 and 23 water tank : 1.9 meters.

2014 Permai Puteri's Annual General Meeting

Saya ingin memaklumkan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian bahawa Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan Pangsapuri Permai Puteri 2014 akan diadakan pada 6hb April 2014 bertempat di Dewan Permai Puteri bermula jam 9 pagi. Pekeliling telah disediakan dan dipos ke alamat surat menyurat setiap unit pada jam 11 pagi 21hb Mac 2014.

February and March 2014 TNB bills for MSB 1 2 and 3

Saya ingin memaklumkan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian berikut ( rujuk lampiran ) adalah Caj bekalan elektrik domestik Februari 2014 untuk MSB 1 dan 2 dan juga Mac 2014 untuk MSB 3. Pembayaran juga telah dibuat pada 18 Mac 2014 dengan jumlah keseluruhan RM 17,500.00. Sekian terima kasih. 

I would like to inform that February 2014 electrical power supply charge for MSB 1 and 2 and March 2014 for MSB 3 were paid on the 18th of March 2014 with the collective amount of RM 17,500.00. Thank you for your time and concern. appreciate it.

Saya ingin memaklumkan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian berikut ( rujuk lampiran ) adalah Caj bekalan air domestik untuk bulan februari 2014. Pembayaran juga telah pun dibuat pada 20 Mac 2014 dengan jumlah RM 14,000.00. Sekian terima kasih.

TNB Power Supply Disruption Notice

Saya ingin memaklumkan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian gangguan bekalan elektrik akan berlaku bermula dari jam 11 pagi hingga 8 malam pada 19 Mac 2014. Ini disebabkan oleh kerja kerja penyelenggaraan Tenaga Nasional Berhad. Di dalam tempoh gangguan bekalan elektrik tersebut generator bekalan elektrik sokongan akan beroperasi serta membekalkan keperluan bekalan elektrik Pangsapuri Permai Puteri. Terima kasih.

I would like to inform that electrical power disruption will happen on 19th of March 2014 starting at 11 am until 8 pm. This is due to maintenance and upgrading works by Tenaga Nasional Berhad. Throughout this entire period, the 'gen set' or back up generator will operates and supply Permai Puteri's electrical power supply needs. Thank you for your time and concern. Appreciate it.

Saya ingin memaklumkan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian tahap bekalan air tangki adalah 2.5 meter pada pukul 6 petang bertarikh 12 Mac 2014. Bekalan air domestik dari Syabas seperti biasa. Terima kasih.

I would like to inform that ground floor water tank's water level is at 2.5 meters as of 6 pm 12th March 2014. The domestic water supply from Syabas is normal. Thank you for your time and concern. Appreciate it.

Saya ingin memaklumkan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian tahap bekalan air tangki adalah 2.3 meter pada pukul 6 petang bertarikh 11 Mac 2014. Bekalan air domestik dari Syabas, walaupun kurang dari biasa, ia berterusan sehingga kini dari jam 9 pagi. Saya akan maklum kepada semua dari masa ke semasa maklumat terkini tahap bekalan air sepanjang catuan bekalan air domestik dijalankan. Terima kasih. 

I would like to inform that ground floor water tank's water level is at 2.3 meters as of 6 pm 11th March 2014. Even though slightly less than normal, the domestic water supply from Syabas has been flowing in since 9 am until now. I will keep everyone inform from time to time throughout the entire water ration period. Thank you for your time and concern. Appreciate it.

Saya ingin berkongsi maklumat berikut dengan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian. Berikut adalah tahap bekalan air di dalam tangki tingkat bawah dan juga tangki tangki bumbung pada 3 petang 10 Mac 2014. Bekalan air domestik dari Syabas telah dihentikan pada jam 11 pagi 10 Mac 2014.

I would like to share these information with you. These are ground floor as well as roof top water tank's water level reading as of 3 pm on the 10th of March 2014. Domestic water supply from Syabas was stopped at approximately 11 am 10th March 2014. 

ground floor water tank : 2.5 meters at 9 am / 1.5 meters at 3 pm

Unit 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 water tank : 2.5 meters ( unchanged )

Unit 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 water tank : 2.0 meters ( unchanged ) 

Unit 13, 15, 17, 19, 21 and 23 water tank : 2.3 meters. ( unchanged )

Anggaran kapasiti tangki air tingkat bawah : +- 348,144 liters
Anggaran penggunaan bekalan air dari jam 9 pg hingga 3 ptg : +-87,034 liters ( 14,505 liter sejam ) 

Estimated ground level water tank capacity : +- 348,144 liters
Estimated water supply usage from 9 am till 3 pm : +- 87,034 liters ( 14,505 liters an hour )

Oleh kerana ini hari pertama sukar bagi saya untuk membuat anggaran berapa lama bekalan air sedia ada akan bertahan. Namun saya akan memaklumkan maklumat terkini dari masa ke semasa. Kemungkinan bila 1 corak penggunaan terbentuk saya akan dapat membuat anggaran dan maklum kepada semua. Terima kasih. 

Its difficult for me to estimate how long will the reserve water supply last without some sort of usage pattern for now. I would know more as i monitor the progress of water usage throughout this period. Once i have some data from the pattern it would be easier for me to produce an estimate and update everyone. thank you for your time and concern. appreciate it.

3rd Phase Domestic Water Supply Ration

Saya ingin berkongsi maklumat berikut dengan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian. Taman Dato Ahmad Razali ( Jadual 1 : Gombak ( Zon 2 ) tersenarai sebagai kawasan catuan bekalan air domestik fasa ketiga yang akan bermula pada 10 Mac 2014. Permai Puteri mempunyai 1 tangki air di kawasan padang dan 3 tangki air di atas bumbung. Kapasiti tangki tangki tersebut mampu untuk menampung keperluan semua semasa catuan bekalan air dijalankan. I would like to inform that Taman Dato Ahmad Razali ( Jadual 1 : Gombak ( Zon 2 ) has been listed for water rationing starting 10th of March 2014. Permai Puteri has 1 ground level water tank and 3 roof top water tanks. The capacity of these water tanks are sufficient to cater for Permai Puteri's residents water need throughout the period.
