Current Water Level Reading ( 26/6/2014 : 10:00 AM )

Saya ingin berkongsi maklumat berikut dengan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian. Berikut adalah tahap bekalan air di dalam tangki tangki air bumbung dan juga aras bawah pada 10 pagi 26 Jun 2014

I would like to share these information with you. These are roof top and ground floor water tank's water level reading as of 10 am on June 26th 2014.

Ground Floor water tank : 1.1 meters

Unit 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 water tank : 1.8 meters

Unit 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 water tank : 1.5 meters

Unit 13, 15, 17, 19, 21 and 23 water tank : 1.8 meters.

5th May 2014 Water Cut And Access Card Blockage



Saya ingin memaklumkan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian bahawa pemotongan bekalan air dan juga penggantungan kebenaran kad akses akan dilaksanakan bermula 5 Mei 2014 untuk unit kediaman yang mempunyai tunggakkan melebihi RM 398.70. Mohon jasa baik Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian untuk menjelaskan segala tunggakkan supaya kesulitan dapat dielakkan. Waktu pejabat adalah dari jam 9 pagi hingga 5 petang Isnin hingga Jumaat dan 9 pagi hingga 1 petang pada hari Sabtu. Terima kasih diatas masa dan juga perhatian Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian. Ia amat dihargai.

We would like to inform that water disconnection and access card blockage will be carried out starting 5th May 2014 for units with total outstanding of more than RM 398.70. To avoid any inconveniences to all please clear any debts before the set date. Office hours are from 9 am till 5 pm Mondays till Fridays and 9 am till 1 pm on Saturdays. Thank you so much for your time and concern. Appreciate it.

  • Jelaskan bayaran tunggakkan di mana mana cawangan CIMB ke akaun Badan Pengurusan Bersama Pangsapuri Permai Puteri ( no akaun . 8600 5233 65 ) atau
  • Melakukan pindah dana atas talian dari mana mana portal perbankan
  • emelkan imej slip pembayaran ke dzamrule@gmail.com atau mms / whatsapp / wechat ke 0176990260 ( effa ) / 0149839029 ( ros ) berserta maklumat pembayaran dan juga / atau nombor unit kediaman atau hantar imej ke jonathan.david ( line ID )
  • Masukkan salinan slip pembayaran ke dalam peti surat G-03-M berserta maklumat pembayaran dan juga/atau nombor unit kediaman.

  • Deliver a copy of the transaction slip to G-03-M mailbox again complete with payment details and / or unit number. 




2014 May - July Invoice


Saya ingin memaklumkan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian bahawa Inbois untuk Caj Yuran Penyelenggaraan bulan Mai, Jun, Julai 2014 berserta Insuran kebakaran 2014 - 2015 telah disediakan dan juga dipos ke alamat surat menyurat setiap unit kediaman dan juga komersil pada pukul 1.30 petang 23 April 2014. Inbois seterusnya akan disediakan dan dipos pada penghujung bulan Julai 2014. Terima kasih diatas masa dan juga perhatian Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian. Ia amat dihargai.

I would like to inform that invoices for May, June and July 2014 maintenance fee charges along with 2014-2015 Fire Insurance charge have been prepared and mail to each respective commercial and residential unit's mailing address at approximately 1.30 pm on April 23rd 2014. The next batch of invoices will be prepared and mail by the end of July 2014. Thank you for time and concern. Appreciate it.

2014 Permai Puteri's Annual General Meeting




Saya ingin memaklumkan Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian bahawa Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan Pangsapuri Permai Puteri 2014 akan diadakan pada 6hb April 2014 bertempat di Dewan Permai Puteri bermula jam 9 pagi. Pekeliling telah disediakan dan dipos ke alamat surat menyurat setiap unit pada jam 11 pagi 21hb Mac 2014. 

Saya bagi pihak Badan Pengurusan Bersama serta Pengurusan menjemput Tuan / Puan / Cik sekali untuk menghadiri mesyuarat tersebut. Moga dengan kehadiran Tuan / Puan / Cik sekalian dapat memberi manfaat pada semua. "Sebagaimana keadaan kalian, demikian terangkat pemimpin kalian". Terima kasih.
