Terima kasih. wslm.
Allow me to start with "residents shall not rear, keep or maintain nor be allowed to be reared, kept or maintained any pets, livestock or animals within the Parcel and/or on the Common Area". But this does not stop those few amongst us.
When this happens each and every basic necessity and needs of the animal becomes the sole responsibility and obligation of the owner. Needs such as food and shelter all the way to cleaning up what comes out the rear end in a proper, hygienic and safe manner.
I am sure all of you are aware of the consequences of neglected responsibilities and / or obligations. When this happens, not only the "precious" animals suffer, surrounding neighbors would have to bear the same suffering as well. I would like to remind myself and all of us "be good to the neighbor who is your relative and to the neighbor who is not a relative."
If you happen to notice or are aware of such neglected animals, i would really appreciate it if you could hand it over to us so that we could assure them of being in good, capable and lovable hands of the animal shelter. Appreciate your time and concern. Thank you.
